The House of Elévara ecosystem is operated by two related legal entities. Understanding which entity governs your use of each service is important.
Operates the editorial brand, creative programming, talent management, model roster, Elyra Editorial publication, ambassador program, and the physical Collection of fragrance and leather goods.

Together, these entities are referred to as "House of Elévara," "we," "us," or "our" throughout this Privacy Policy. The Atelier mobile application and the websites houseofelevara.com and elyraeditorial.com are collectively referred to as the "Platform."
Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address (used for authentication via one-time passcode)
- Full name and display handle
- City, country, and general location
- Profile photo and portfolio media
- Professional biography and niche categories
- Social media handles — Instagram and TikTok — optional
- Brand name and company information (Patrons only)
Transaction Information
- Booking details including service descriptions, dates, and briefs
- Payment amounts and payout history
- Stripe Connect account identifiers — we do not store full card numbers
- Reference images attached to booking briefs
- Records of Studio credit purchases made through the App Store
Usage Information
- Device type, operating system, and app version
- Pages and features accessed within the Platform
- Referral codes used and generated
- Messages sent within The Salon, stored to facilitate your bookings
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity via OTP
- To display your profile on The Floor for discovery by Patrons
- To facilitate bookings between Members and Patrons
- To process payments and disburse earnings through Stripe Connect
- To send transactional emails including OTP codes and booking confirmations
- To send push notifications about bookings, payouts, and referral earnings
- To calculate and display earnings, referrals, and tier progression
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with legal obligations in both Georgia and Wyoming
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes on behalf of third-party advertisers.
How We Share Information
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
With Other Users — Your public profile information including name, handle, city, niche tags, portfolio media, rate card, and tier is visible to other users on The Floor. Patron identities are not displayed publicly.
With Service Providers
- Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing and Member payouts via Stripe Connect Express, operated under House of Elevara LLC (Wyoming)
- Apple — In-App Purchase processing for Studio credits on iOS
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Cloudflare — webhook processing and platform infrastructure
Between Our Entities — House of Elévara LLC (Georgia) and House of Elevara LLC (Wyoming) may share data internally to operate the Platform cohesively. Both entities are under common ownership and control.
For Legal Reasons — We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process under the laws of Georgia, Wyoming, or applicable federal law.
Payments & Financial Data
All booking payment processing for The Atelier mobile application is handled by Stripe, Inc., under the merchant account registered to House of Elevara LLC (Wyoming). House of Elévara does not store your full bank account numbers, routing numbers, or card numbers.
Studio credits are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple processes those transactions and we receive only a transaction identifier and the product purchased — never your payment details.
Members who earn more than $600 in a calendar year will receive IRS Form 1099-NEC as required by law. Tax reporting is administered under House of Elevara LLC (Wyoming).
Ambassadors & Brand Partners
Individuals who join the House of Elévara ambassador program, brand promotion program, or any paid creator partnership are subject to additional data practices described in this section. Ambassador agreements are administered by House of Elévara LLC (Georgia).
Additional Information We Collect
- Legal name, mailing address, and date of birth for contracting purposes
- Taxpayer identification number (SSN or EIN) where required for 1099 reporting
- Signed agreements, including brand promotion and representation agreements
- Social media handles, follower counts, and publicly available engagement metrics
- Content you create and submit for campaign use, including photography and video
- Unique referral, affiliate, or discount codes issued to you and the sales attributed to them
How We Use It — To administer your agreement, calculate and pay commissions, attribute sales to your referral code, coordinate campaign deliverables, and meet our tax reporting obligations. Commission calculations require us to retain a record of each qualifying transaction linked to your code.
Content Licensing — Content you submit under an ambassador or brand promotion agreement may be reproduced across our channels, including the Platform, social media, editorial publications, retail packaging, and advertising, according to the terms of your signed agreement. The specific scope, duration, and territory of that license are set out in your agreement, which controls over this Policy where the two differ.
Public Disclosure — Ambassadors are contractually required to disclose their material connection to House of Elévara in sponsored posts, as required by the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. Your participation in the program is therefore public by design and not confidential.
Sharing With Brand Partners — Where a campaign is run jointly with a third-party brand, we may share your name, handle, submitted content, and campaign performance metrics with that brand. We do not share your taxpayer identification number, mailing address, or banking details with brand partners.
Retention — Signed agreements and commission records are retained for up to seven years after the agreement ends, as required for tax and contractual recordkeeping. Content licensed under an active agreement may remain in published materials after the agreement ends, to the extent the license permits.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security including encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, row-level security on all database tables, and one-time passcode authentication with no passwords stored.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Financial records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
Your Rights & Choices
- Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — Update your profile information at any time within Settings
- Deletion — Delete your account and associated data at any time
- Portability — Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
- Notifications — Manage push notification preferences within Settings

Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within The Atelier app via More → Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
You may also request deletion by emailing admin@houseofelevara.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
If you are an ambassador or brand partner, deleting your Platform account does not terminate your signed agreement, withdraw content licensed under it, or delete commission and tax records we are required to retain.
Children's Privacy
The Atelier is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contact us immediately at admin@houseofelevara.com.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction depending on the service you are using:
- The Atelier app, payment processing, and member services — governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, under House of Elevara LLC.
- Editorial programming, talent management, ambassador program, and the Collection — governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, under House of Elévara LLC.
- Federal law — All services comply with applicable United States federal law regardless of state jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction for the service in question.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance.
